Asphalt pavement is resilient but susceptible. If you would like it to past for a few years, you might want to give it additional defense. ​​​Solution :  Although sealcoating does provide a smooth, refreshed area, it is not meant to fill or mend existing cracks. Crack filling or repair service should be done before the sealcoating method
